This module has been designed to enable individuals to transform their inner selves. Using experiential and evocative activities, the participants will be encouraged to take the lead in their journey towards imbibing Gratitude, Empathy, Kindness, Forgiveness and Mindfulness in their lives. Personal Transformation is guaranteed as the participants arrive at insights and discover ways in which they can incorporate their learnings in their lives. Throughout the module, the activities incorporate an element of appreciation, “giving back” and celebrating beautiful moments in life.
